I feel a little bump on my c section?

I had s-section two and half years ago, recently I noticed a little bump on the middle of my scar, you can even see it , it looks abd feels like bump but is been there for a while , I while ago I had some liquid coming out but now is dry, please any positive answer I'm worried ...
