How can I convert WMA to MP3?

I have alot of music files in the same folder, some of them are in subfolders inside of that folder. The formats of these files are mixed WMA and MP3. My question is are there any programs out there that I can use (prefereably freeware) to have all of my music converted to MP3 format? Thanks!!
