I just found this good looking recipe....?

I just found a recipe where you mix 2T of mayo 1/4 c mustard and 1 T apple juice and put that over chicken , then you pour 1 c chicken broth around them and bake. This all sounds good to me except for the mustard. i hate mustard. Any substitute suggestions?
