I messed up BIG time .. but how long should this go on .. also tell mee your story?

okay well to satrt off im 16! and i have a sliding gl door to the outside in my room:p and i have snuck out twice, got caught only once. and had a guy sneak in twice in the past .. neva got caught. but well this on nite about a month ago ... i startd tlkn to this guy i had a major crush on, wantd me to go party with him. so i didnt w ant to disappoint, i got ready not thinkn, my parents were still up and around, but it was pretty late. well i had my moms phone. so i made it loook like i was sleepn had my music on, lite off, pillows under the covers makn it appear as if i was there. it was like mmm .. 11. so he and his friends came and picked me up on the coner of my block. but i had a bad feeling about things. but i still went not thnkn of consquences! so we got there i felt completly adored ... (; ahh! we were playing bp! i drank alil. he offerd it to me, but also drank my cups for me once in a while! (oh and he is 18!) and then cops come cus some dumb jumpd out of his car while it was still going runn form cops and hit his cuz's caro...so ugh a mess. and i get a txt .. holy **** from my dad ... get home now, or cops will be called. so we leave ... and sure enough we get pulled over! yep speedn:/ well and after tht the whole time he was tryn to get in my pants sayn but its gonna be the last time i see you bs! ahah! whtever and me and him go inside ... not sure wht to expct. but we made up a lie tht i was just at his casa. and they were sooo mad of course .. but all i could thnk about joe. my dad was ready to call the cops on him cus his age. but i gave my mom her phone back, soo stupid i didnt erase the messages about come to the coner and stuff. and i ened up tell her the truth. well they took my phone and grounded mee from friends. so now a month or more later ... i want my phone back, and be un grounded. i apoligived millions of times. wrote many notes...told them i leard my lesson...but still ugh. i askd my mom tonite if i can get my phone back cus she was suppose to b thnkn, and she says shes to tired to tlk about it, ughhhh!!! and i ask for it tom. and she says after wht u did how can u ask for it back ... ? ugh its been over a month!!!!! like really! thn got into a fight. she should just stay at work! what do i do??? i want it back ... do you thnk that a month is enough .. or not enough? wht should my punishment hav beeen? tell meee ur storys also! thxs
