How do I help my toddler adjust to a recent move across the state?

My son will be 3 in November. He has been in daycare since he was 10 weeks old, but he has had the same caregiver from about 8 months of age to 2 1/2. His is attending daycare now. I wanted to start him back up right away so he could get used to it and make friends before I start back to school(I teach 2nd grade). My son is having a hard time adjusting to the move and the new daycare. He is cranky more often than he used to be, and he throws more fits/misbehaves alot more than he did before we moved. He also complains of having a tummy ache/ "owie" on a regular basis. We also have a 12 week old baby. So, he is having to adjust to that change as well.
