Which Countries In Europe Still Require A Pport?

I thought that the former Yugoslavian countries and Greece don't require a pport, but it says their not part of either the Schengen Agreement or the EU, so do you need a pport to travel to them. What other countries in Europe still require a pport when traveling overland. I already know Belarus, Ukraine, Moldova, Albania. What other ones?
