Is anyone having a comcast outage?

I have comcast and my cable, internet, and phone is down! Its been out most of the day now... right in the middle of the AFC championship game ofcourse! I live in the San Francisco bay area, in Oakland. Does anyone know whats going on? or is anyone having the same issues?
