Fluid trapped in my ear?

I woke up this morning and every time I burped, I would feel pressure/dull pain in my ear for a couple seconds. I have no sore throat, my glands are not swollen, my ear does not hurt if I swallow, everything else seems fine. I have been having a lot of drainage because of allergies. What is causing this pain and if it is fluid, how to I get it out?
