Married, filing taxes jointly, whose name does the check come in?

My husband and I would like to take advantage of the extra money that comes from filing jointly. However, we both have individual tax issues. I owe the IRS from last year and he owes for back child support. His portion of the refund will still not cover his back child support. My tax bill will not come out of the refund check because I already have a payment plan. We both agree that everyone should pay their own bills first then we can share whatever is left over. I would like to know in whose name they send the refund check to.
