Life or Death Situation. right now I need answers quick please. (feeling suicidal)?

Right now I'm feeling suicidal. I'm a 16 year old male. My parents aren't home. They don't want me to call them because they are in a meeting. I tried listening to music. I tried watching T.v. I tried playing a game on yahoo games. I called the suicide hotline but i was put on hold for 15 mins. I called back and was put on hold again for 10 and i decide to hang up. My gf is in the hospital in a coma from trying to hang her self. I'm cutting my self while im typing this. and i beg .... for someone to please talk to me!. I tried to talk to a stanger ( from the hotline) but no one ever picked up. I have pills next to me but i don't know if i shall use them. Please someone email me though yahoo answers or just message me.. I need some support or something.. Please don't tell me to call my parents ... they wont answer and when i try to call them when they are busy they get extremely mad...
