How to play wma file on my website.?

i would like for it to play when someone clicks " click here " then after they "click here" it would play the sound. please help anyone! i had my wma file playing on auto start when the page just comes on. but most of the time it wouldnt play becasue of people pop up blockers. so i just want for people to "click here"and the sound would come on. please help!!!!!!!!!
