How to pick up a bartender?

I go to this bar, its a regular small easy going get a drink after work kind of bar, not a upscale dance club, on a regular basis, once ever 2 weeks sometimes once a week, and there was a bartender there. I haven't really talk to her yet. She is to me beautiful. I know she probably gets this all the time, but I see her as someone I can definitely see as my type. I have worked as a bouncer for years, and I know the tricks of the cute bartender, but they are just girls and date just like everyone else. If I ran into her anywhere else I would have no problem approaching her. How do I approach her at work?
