How effective will small unit leadership be in dealing with the DADT repeal?

How effective will small unit leaders be in dealing with the repeal of the DADT policies? Do you think they will just do a 180 degree on the policies? How many do you think are frustrated with the change and will avoid doing anymore than they are forced to do? How many do you think will continue with their career when they see our Army becoming a big gay community?
