How do I get my hair to look like my friends? (pix included)?

bleach! and thats not a good idea unless ur hair is in good condiotion to start with. plus 1 bleach will probably turn it orange so ud need to maybe do it again and then dye it the blonde u want. that or go to salon but u prob dint want to as it costs a bomb
