Help on Hamlet Motif Project?

I need to do a project and I need to create or use something physical that represents a Hamlet Motif . I would like to use the Rot & Disease Motif preferably or possibly the appearance versus reality motif. I need help on what to choose or make and how I can connect to the Hamlet Motif in-depth I am drawing a blank and nothing unique is coming into my mind. One example the teacher showed us was a rose that looked pretty from far away but close up it looked different because it was made out of nails which is something you dont expect to represent/be the interior of something pretty. So I need suggestions on something to make or something that represents one of the two motifs and how I can connect it to Hamlet. The teacher said anything goes as long as it fits in a 12x12ish cardboard box.
