Do you think Tessa from Clockwork Angel will pick Will or Jem?

So I finished the book like 3 weeks ago and I went crazy over who Tessa will pick, Will or Jem? I went to Candra Clares' website and she said in her FAQs, that Jem is going to be on the seconds book's cover( like in the Mortal Instruments City of Ashes - second one - when Simon and Clary had their times in the second book but she still ended up with Jace) and the name is of the second one is Clockwork PRINCE!!!I don't like Jem, he just doesn't strike me... I mean I do pity him but you know. The thing is that Will was on Clockwork Angel. I don't know can you guys help me out?
