Legality of car Strobe / LED lighting in Ontario?

I am purchasing a Crown Victoria Police Interceptor for personal use. I am planning to restore it to look like an unmarked cruiser and I am curious about the legality regarding the installation of Strobe and LED (colored and or non colored) lights on the vehicle. I want to know which (if any) color lights I have the option of purchasing. I know in some states, different colored lighting is illegal. I am not sure at all about the status of this in Canada. I do not intend to mount larger lights on the top of the vehicle, all of the lighting will either be mounted within the front/rear lights, in the grille, and either dashboard or window mounted. Thanks
